Elder

Wade McGee

Wade is a native of Barbour county and has lived in Barbour county for all but a few years of his life. He graduated from Alderson Broaddus university and has also done theological training through Liberty University, Reformed Theological Seminary, and Andersonville Seminary. He started preaching in 2005 and became the primary teaching elder at Living Water Church in July of 2019. He and his wife Jamie live in Barbour County and have two adult children. 




Elder

David Daugherty

David (Dave) Daugherty has been serving LWC as an elder since 2021.  Dave is married to his God given wife, Roconda.  They are residents of Barbour County and have four adult children and enjoy six grandchildren. Dave and Roconda have been with LWC since 2016 and have served where God has led them.  As an elder, Dave teaches, preaches, and helps to shepherd God's flock while glorifying God.




Elder

Chuck Corley

Chuck is a long-time resident of Barbour County. After graduation from Philip Barbour High School in 1980, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy where he met his wife, Sara. After retiring from the Navy, Chuck and Sara, along with their two children, moved to their present home near Philippi. They started attending Living Water Church (LWC) when it was still a church plant and have been active members ever since. Chuck served as Elder previously at LWC and rejoined the leadership team in January 2024. Chuck also takes care of the technology side of things at LWC.

Matt & Charity Moore

Matt and Charity Moore are natives of neighboring Preston county. They currently live in Preston county and have 3 children. Both Matt and Charity have music degrees from local Alderson Broaddus College. Charity has been part of LWC since 2004. Matt has been attending LWC since 2014. They currently lead music, teach Sunday school, and help out with youth night.

Jamie McGee

Jamie is originally from Taylor County.  She attended Alderson-Broaddus where she earned an Elementary Education degree and also met her husband Wade.  They have two adult children and have lived in Barbour County for the majority of the time they have been married.  Currently, Jamie works for the Barbour County Board of Education.  She serves Living Water Church by leading women’s ministry/discipleship and directing the Children’s Sunday School program.
